my Birthday Proverb

A guy I know attaches special significance to Bible verses that correspond to his birthday, so I decided to try it out. Most of them were pretty random or a stretch to find any meaningful connection, until I turned to the book of Proverbs.

It's one of those verses that you wish would not apply to your life, but the relevance was immediately obvious.

Proverbs 6:6
Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!


This was only confirmed by my conversation with my mom this morning. Once we started talking about my career, she explicitly stated, "너무LAZY하게 살지말고, 개미처럼 하라..." (Don't live lazily, but be like an ant).
